JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist, you will work to create conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. We work with patients from the age of 20.

The work includes:

  • Independent assessment, planning, and implementation of measures.
  • Testing and prescribing aids.
  • Delegation and supervision of nursing staff and rehabilitation representatives in activating and rehabilitative approaches.
  • Assessment and certification for housing adaptation.
  • Training nursing staff in manual transfers.

We work with a strong focus on teamwork and person-centered care. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other professionals around the patient, such as occupational therapists, nurses, rehabilitation assistants, nursing staff, case managers, and unit managers, as well as external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a licensed physiotherapist.
  • Is self-directed and can plan and prioritize your tasks.
  • Is flexible and responsible.
  • Is positive and focuses on solutions instead of obstacles.
  • Has good collaboration skills.
  • Can express yourself well in speech and writing.
